HEARING ENHANCEMENT CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING LIFESTYLES WITH DEAF AND PARTIALLY HEARING PEOPLE
home

Hearing Enhancement has created a number of induction loop products and services to help deaf and partially hearing people:-

  • The NanoLoop and PicoLoop are the first of a series of useful and innovative communication products that work with any devices used by deaf or partially hearing people, which have an electronic audio output, such as a mobile phone.
  • The NanoLoop is the larger of the two and the controls have been designed to be particularly easy for stiff fingers to hold.
  • The PicoLoop has a clamshell design like many of today's 'flip phones'. It can be clipped to a pocket or lapel for hands-free use.
  • Both products let you control the mobile phone by starting and ending calls or changing the volume while you talk.
  • Both products support voice activation providing the mobile phone itself offers this function.
What you need to use a NanoLoop or PicoLoop:-
You must have a hearing aid that has a working T switch and a compatible digital mobile phone. We have selected a number of mobile phones to go with the NanoLoop and PicoLoop, so most hearing aid wearers will be able to have clear, understandable telephone conversations wherever and whenever they want.
